• When making a claim to the customer must state which right they are exercising and show a form of identification that is verified by Sercotel.

CUSTOMER SERVICE/ REVIEWS

 The customer service provided by Sercotel Hotel is top-notch. You can get support on any issue. All you need to do is contact them via email or telephone. These pieces of information are provided on the website. Customer service is available from 9 am to 7 pm Monday to Thursday and Friday from 9 am to 6 pm.  During the months of July and August, the hours are Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 6 p.m. This service will be closed on national holidays.
