Hello, I went on to order but with the 9.99 shipping charge I could not afford to order. If I would get the 50 percent off or free shipping I could order Sincerely, Debra K Dove dove_debra@yahoo.com
They refuse to send new plants. My response to them. Pretty bad since I notified the you of the POOR shipping condition of plants as soon as I received them both times and was told to plant the any way and see if survived. They did not and they were resent again in VERY POOR condition the bare root plants were completely dry. Again told to plant anyway and they still did not grow. The canna roots both times were mush when I receive them. As a Horticulturalist I know that once roots are exposed to air they DIE and if not shipped with some kind of moisture wrap they will continue to DIE. Especially when shipped in plastic bags in warm weather. Both times the bare root did not have any leaves and not even green when scratched. Guess I should have just requested new plants as soon as I received them and not waited as Your Company directed me to do. Now I am out that money and only a few plants to show for it.
